The Southern California Home Buyer's Fair is FREE to attendees.

A:

Nearly 30 educational seminars in English and Spanish each day. (Seminars and topics are subject to change.)

What will the seminars cover?
A:

Educational seminars will cover a broad range of topics pertaining to the home-buying process, including:

How to qualify for a home loan
Understanding your credit score
Finding a loan that best suits your budget and long-term goals
Understanding the tax benefits of homeownership
How to avoid fraud
The dos and don’ts of the home buying process
How to chose and work with a REALTOR®

Will there also be an exhibit hall?
A:

Yes! The Home Buyer’s Fair also will feature nearly 100 exhibit booths where visitors can obtain information from industry experts about a wide range of programs pertaining to homeownership and the home-buying process.


Q: Are there any special promotions being offered?
A:

Yes! Free “green” giveaways; a children’s play area; free movie tickets to the first 200 attendees to present an entrance coupon on each day. (one ticket per person).
